Mamta Yadav is a visionary social leader with over 15 years of experience driving community development, social welfare, and grassroots empowerment. Her educational foundation includes a Master’s in Home Science (Human Development), a Bachelor of Arts from Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University, Jaunpur, and a Diploma in Education – Special Education (Visual Impairment) from Manipal University, RCI-approved. She also holds certifications in teaching arithmetic, disability sports coaching, computer applications, and is a registered Special Educator (Visual Impairment) with the Rehabilitation Council of India. Her work reflects a strong commitment to creating inclusive, equitable, and sustainable models of social change.

Throughout her career, Mamta has collaborated with various non-governmental organizations, self-help groups, and government departments to promote initiatives in women’s empowerment, education, health awareness, sanitation, livelihood generation, and rural development. Her leadership emphasizes participatory approaches — ensuring that communities are active partners in their own progress rather than passive beneficiaries.

Mamta is widely recognized for her on-ground presence and ability to connect with people at the grassroots level. Her compassionate leadership style, coupled with practical field experience, has helped strengthen institutional networks, mobilize local resources, and build community capacity across several regions. Under her guidance, the organization continues to advance its mission of promoting social inclusion, gender equality, and sustainable livelihoods. She believes that true social transformation begins with empowering individuals, especially women and youth, to become agents of change within their own communities.
